Doussard Landing Zone is one of the largest and safest paragliding landing areas around Lake Annecy, located next to the village’s multipurpose hall. The wide, open field allows landings from every direction and includes a dedicated flat inflation area to the south of the building. The site is heavily used in high season, so pilots must follow the official landing layout, respect approach circuits, and stay alert for paragliders, hang gliders, and kites. Nearby, the local bar is open from April to October, and clear safety rules—such as keeping kites behind the hall and avoiding inflating on landing zones—help maintain smooth and safe operations for everyone.
